He has worked with job seekers from all tiers of Corporate America.
He has been acknowledged by past clients as being extremely well-informed,
focused on each individual's results, and especially effective in working
with groups in the classroom and in facilitated discussions.
George and Momentum Coaching Resources have become pre-eminent in this
market, published, interviewed, and quoted repeatedly in the Arizona
Republic, the Wall St. Journal, Jobing.com, and the Mesa Tribune.
George has over 20 years experience in business management, working
with people in both corporate and field office environments. With over
six years as a management consultant, he has worked with companies at
every stage of growth.
Much of George’s career was spent in the financial services industry.
He co-founded The Copeland Companies, a national marketer of annuity
products to the not-for-profit sector, serving in both corporate and
field management roles. During his tenure with Copeland, the company
grew into the leader in its industry, with over $4 billion under management.
George had responsibility for one of the company’s main product
lines, for developing a national recruiting and training program and
for marketing development across all product lines. George also earned
a reputation throughout the country as an exciting and effective public
speaker.
He received his BA from Amherst College and his MBA from Columbia University.
